Life in the fast lane :-)

It's been well over a week now and i havent posted. I have been so busy! I dont know how women can work a full time job and do everything else especially if they have kids as well.

I have been to the opticians twice, dentist twice, bought a new leather sofa set, am landscaping my small back garden to make it more friendly to arthritis. I have had the grandkids in relay over the school holidays, had a new marble fireplace installed into cotswald stone which created so much dust in the house that i am still cleaning up!. Hubby said i am spending too much money and i have to slow down. I owe my success to having listened respectfully to hubby's advice, and then going away and doing the exact opposite.

I still have more to do this year.lol. I say"Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea."

What is it about women and nestbuilding? It does not stop even when the fledglings have flown the nest.

I really need a holiday thank goodness i am off to Turkey soon for 3 weeks

I hope every one had a good easter and i shall be popping round to your journals "toot sweet"...well maybe wednesday! see you there!

It's temporary. My wife who is a school teacher has been suspended for something I wrote that kids at her school had accessed. Its being investigated. So I'm going in silent mode for a bit.

Hopefully this will blow over. You see, this isn't America the land of free. I think it will be ok.
